Neurodiversity-Affirming
Therapy:
Celebrating all
Kinds of Minds

To be aware of one's own masking is a privilege in that so many autistic people have gone unrecognized due to masking, and without this identification leading to access to the autistic community, an individual will likely have no awareness of the concept of masking.

I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults with complex profiles of strengths and challenges. Together, we will embrace a strengths-based, collaborative approach to empower you or your family to thrive, not just fit into a mold.

Identity Development

You are the expert on your own experiences. My approach values collaboration and empowers individuals by focusing on their unique strengths and abilities.

We work together to make your environment work for you—addressing sensory, emotional, and communication needs to create a space where you can thrive.

Many neurodivergent individuals experience co-occurring conditions, such as anxiety, PTSD, or Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome. I tailor my approach to address these challenges holistically.

Together, we develop empowering and developmentally appropriate language to help you or your child understand and embrace their unique neurotype.

Curious about how psychological testing can provide clarity? Testing can uncover insights into strengths, challenges, and unique neurotypes, helping to inform personalized strategies for success.
